Was okish for one night Positive: The property was clean. Negative: No kitchenette available in the property which made it very difficult to cook. The property is over priced and the rooms were extremely small. The two floor design with sharp stairs makes it very dangerous for kids when moving up and down. One of the stair steps was not properly fitted and we could have fallen down

Beware their extra fees Positive: Be very aware that unlike most booking.com properties this will add highly inflated cleaning fees or near 200aed extra (over 60pc of the booking fee) . The security staff are clueless. No one answers phones when we called several times. There is no check in. It is some kind of off Airbnb. Never encountered such on all my years of booking. Com. Ευχάριστη διαμονή σε καθαρό και ήσυχο περιβάλλον. Positive: Πολύ καθαρό , με θέση parking για το αυτοκίνητο, σε καλό σημείο κοντά στο Yas island. Τα δύο υπνοδωμάτια είχαν en-suite μπάνια. Negative: Το σπίτι είναι για 3 άτομα, διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και en-suite μπάνιο και άλλο ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με μονό κρεβάτι και en-suite μπάνιο. Εάν είστε παρέα 4-5 ατόμων δεν είναι ιδανικό. Επίσης, στο σαλόνι θα έπρεπε να υπάρχουν κουρτίνες συσκότισης γιατί εάν κάποιος κοιμάται στον καναπέ-κρεβάτι από το πρωί έχει ήλιο και δεν μπορείς να κοιμηθείς.
